Communication Solutions

Borrower communications, whether paper or electronic, optional or required, or current or historic, have become critical to the success of any loan servicer. Venture continues to use its decades of experience in printing mission-critical documents and delivering them on time to support loan servicers' collection efforts across the country. We produce collection vehicles including billing statements and payment books and ancillary documents such as escrow analysis, letters, loan modification packages and regulatory documents. Recently, the variety and volume of letters has skyrocketed as lenders adhere to stricter regulatory rules or take the lead by communicating to borrowers proactively. Overall, lenders have embraced the "more is better" mantra when it comes to staying in touch with their borrowers.

We continue to use technology to reach consumers in any way our clients want. Text and e-mail messaging, first-class mail, certified mail and overnight delivery give our clients the flexibility to communicate in the ways their customers prefer.

Recording and Documenting Solutions

With the continual increase in regulations regarding borrower communications, loan servicers are seeking ways to document the transparency of their communications with customers. Through VentureAccess®, electronic versions and delivery information are stored and made available to clients for reference and verification. PDFs of all mail pieces can be transmitted to clients for long-term archiving. As federal and state regulations continue to evolve, Venture is ready to adapt, ensuring that our clients remain in compliance.
